Facilitation Services
In our roles as facilitators we work with the group to achieve the following:
- Ensure clarity of purpose and desired outcome
- Inspire group motivation, commitment and confidence
- A better climate for change
- Optimised group dynamics
As facilitators we remain neutral to the discussion and take a pragmatic view of all points raised. We are free to concentrate on the group dynamic, rather than on the contents of the discussion, and endeavour to ask pertinent and stimulating questions, sometimes playing devils advocate to challenge the group's thinking and planning.
