For over ten years we have been asked to act many times as facilitators to provide structure, focus and a positive climate for effective group and team work.

There is an ever increasing emphasis on multi-agency, multi-stakeholder working and partnership working. The role of an effective facilitator is in increasing demand. Groups of people face the challenge of getting to know each other quickly in order to make progress on complex and demanding agendas and targets, often in an atmosphere of uncertainty and change. A facilitator is a catalyst for harnessing group energy and talent, to achieve quick results.
