Is there a difference between using NLP for personal transformation and using NLP to deliver change and transformation within an organisation? Yes. In an organisation there are more people that will experience a personal transformation and that transformation will depend upon the level of self-awareness each individual within the organisation begins with. Just as we do with an individual where we identify the context of their life they wish to transform so we do with an organisation. Identifying the context within which transformation is required and then assisting the organisation set the most rewarding outcomes is the critical aspect.
