Lakeland People Development Ltd is an internationally accredited consultancy specialising in the application and teaching of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Paul & Jo McGowran (a husband & wife team) founded the business in 1993 and over nearly twenty years the business has evolved and learnt much about people and organisations experiencing change.

We are primarily an NLP Training school accredited by both INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association) and ANLP (Association of NLP).  We deliver NLP Certification programmes from our Lake District development centre based in Staveley, Cumbria.
